Empower Together Program - Elder Abuse Case Management

The purpose of the Empower Together Elder Abuse Case Management program is to provide individuals who are victims of elder abuse and/or neglect the resources and services they need in order to lead safe, healthy and productive lives. In addition, we aim to educate the community about the signs of elder abuse and neglect so these often unheard victims can be identified and receive the care they need.
