Parking

Suggested Parking Lots: Edmond Town Hall, C.H. Booth Library, Trinity Church, Newtown Savings Bank.
Or find street parking along Main Street or surrounding streets. Please monitor all regular parking signs and follow regular street parking rules.

Tickets/Festival Entry

You must present a Holiday Festival ticket or hand stamp to gain entrance to all activities except for the Festival of Trees.
Tickets can be purchased at the Festival at Edmond Town Hall or C.H. Booth Library.

Pre-Purchased Online Tickets: You should have received an email receipt after purchasing tickets online. You will need to show that receipt (mobile or printed) to get a hand stamp. A hand stamp or Holiday Festival ticket is needed to gain entrance to all activities except for the Festival of Trees. You can show your receipt to get a hand stamp at the entrance to all Festival activities. You do not need to go to the ticket booth at Edmond Town Hall or C.H. Booth Library.

Pre-Purchased Tickets from Newtown Savings Bank, the Library, the Senior Center or Newtown Youth & Family Services: Simply bring your ticket with you to show at each activity.

Win a decorated tree, wreath, decoration or basket to enjoy all season at this year's Festival of Trees.

Every year local businesses, organizations and families donate decorated trees, wreaths, decorations and baskets to our Festival of Trees. One of the most spectacular features of the Holiday Festival, features items of various shapes and sizes, artificial, live, stuffed, ceramic, wood and themed.

How does the Festival of Trees Work?
Purchase raffle tickets and deposit a ticket or tickets into the designated box for the item you would like to win!
Tickets must be deposited by 4:00pm sharp on Sunday, December 8th.
The drawing to select winners will take place at 4:00pm. You do not need to be present to win. We will post the winner's list on social media and our website and/or notify you by phone if you are not present during the drawing.
Winner's can pick up their items until 5:00pm on Sunday, December 8th or Monday December 9th from 9:30am until 6:00pm.

All proceeds from the Holiday Festival and the Festival of Trees benefit Newtown Youth & Family Services.

We have several beautiful and historically rich homes that will be open for the Holiday Festival participants to tour on foot. Homes are located on and around Main Street where a local designer/team has created a festive retreat for you to enjoy. Homes to be announced.

Participants have the option to stroll up and down the enchanted streets of Newtown or take the shuttle (separate from the trolley) that is complimentary with the purchase of your Holiday Festival ticket.

Members of the community, businesses, organizations and groups are joining in on a little competition to create a display made entirely of edible elements. This is more than just gingerbread!

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners Receive Prizes. 1st Place Prize is Walt Disney World Hopper Passes!

All entries will be in display during the Holiday Festival. A panel of judges will announce the winners at 3:30pm.

Historic Trolley Tours

11:15am, 12:00pm, 1:15pm, 2:00pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm
Each tour is 30 minutes long.
Tours begin and end at Edmond Town Hall.

Sit back, relax and take in all the beautiful history Main Street in Newtown has to offer!

Join us and our spirited tour guide on an intimate trolley tour of Main Street starting at Edmond Town Hall and proceeding down to Pleasance Park, stopping frequently to hear the stories of what happened among the houses that line this historic street.

Your Holiday Festival ticket includes one ride. First come, first serve due to limited seating.

Holiday Tea

Kid's Tea & Sing A-long with Elsa & Anna will be from 11:00am-12:00pm.

Mulled cider, tea, hot cocoa, scones and tea breads!

You are cordially invited to relax, listen to musical performers, sip a cup of tea and enjoy a bite to eat at our Holiday Tea!

Your Holiday Festival ticket will get you one serving of a scone and tea or cider.

The Nutcracker Suite Ballet
Presented by the Newtown Centre of Classical Ballet & Voice

We are pleased and honored to have the Newtown Centre of Classical Ballet & Voice perform the Nutcracker Suite at Edmond Town Hall. These students have been working very hard to perfect their talents to entertain family/friends/and Holiday Festival patrons. We are thrilled to have such a talented bunch of performers here in Newtown!
