Win a decorated tree, wreath, decoration or basket to enjoy all season at this year's Festival of Trees.

Every year local businesses, organizations and families donate decorated trees, wreaths, decorations and baskets to our Festival of Trees. One of the most spectacular features of the Holiday Festival, features items of various shapes and sizes, artificial, live, stuffed, ceramic, wood and themed.

How does this year's Festival of Trees Work?
  • Virtual
    • View the donated trees, wreaths, decorations and baskets online via our website or social media. Available December 6th
    • Download and fill out the raffle ticket purchase form by selecting which items you would like to try and win. Available December 6th
    • Submit the form along with payment. Options below. The deadline to submit the form with payment is December 12th at 2:00pm.
      • Mail (Check only and must arrive by 5pm on Friday, December 11th.)
      • Hand deliver to our office (Check, cash, credit card during hours listed below.)
        • Monday, December 7th - Thursday, December 10th from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
          Friday, December 11th from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

          Federal Law prohibits the sale of raffle tickets online or over the phone. 
    • We will hold a live drawing, via Facebook and Instagram, at 2:30pm on December 12th.
      We will also notify winners by phone and post the winners list on social media and on our website.
  • In-person at Edmond Town Hall, Alexandria Room
    Sunday, December 6th from 10:00am - 4:00pm
    Saturday, December 12th from 9:00am - 2:00pm
    • View the donated trees, wreaths, decorations and baskets at Edmond Town Hall (Alexandria Room) during dates and times listed above.
    • Purchase raffle tickets and drop your tickets into the box of the item you would like to win. 
    • We will hold a live drawing, via Facebook and Instagram, at 2:30pm on December 12th. The general public will not be present during the drawing. We will also notify winners by phone and post the winners list on social media and on our website.
Drawing winners and pick-up:
  • We will hold a live drawing, via Facebook and Instagram, at 2:30pm on December 12th. The general public will not be present during the drawing. We will also notify winners by phone and post the winners list on social media and on our website.
  • Winners can pick up their items at Edmond Town Hall during the dates and times listed below.
    • December 12th - Immediately following the live drawing until 6:00pm.
  • For those who cannot physically or do not feel safe picking up their items, we can offer delivery within 5 miles of Edmond Town Hall. Delivery will happen on December 12th, starting at 4:00pm.

All proceeds from the Festival of Trees and Holiday Festival will go to Newtown Youth & Family Services (NYFS). The Holiday Festival is NYFS' largest annual fundraiser and proceeds go towards mental health, autism and community programs. 

NYFS is a non-profit youth service bureau and mental health clinic for children, teens, adults and seniors.

For over 30 years, NYFS has been committed to providing high quality human health services to promote individual and community wellness. Specialized services include: outpatient individual, couples and family counseling, substance abuse treatment services, Autism and social skills programs, prevention initiatives and support groups.
