REC - Audubon Center at Bent of the River

Audubon Center at Bent of the River, Southbury, CT

Summer REC events have the same goals and objectives as our regular six-week programs but the Summer REC events are tailored to everyone's busy summer schedules.

REC focuses on building teamwork strategies, personal development in peer groups, independent life skills and builds confidence, independence, patience, individual growth and more! During the summer months members get to enjoy outdoor warm-weather activities.

Participate in one event, two events or all four!

Events are three hours long and held at various locations.

Each event has a participation fee of $50.
The participation fee covers the event space, location staff, NYFS staff, supplies and snacks.

Summer REC events are for youth and young adults ages 7 through 17.
