Become a Volunteer

Newtown Youth & Family Services is so very grateful for our hundreds of volunteers who commit their time, energy and enthusiasm to our special events, programs and services. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization and the driving force behind our successful programs serving the community. Our volunteers’ passionate participation enables NYFS to deliver programs and services to many families and children in need in the greater Newtown area.

Participating together in community service projects enables parents and children to develop close relationships, learn together and improve their community. Our largest volunteer events include Independent Living Day and the annual Holiday Festival.
